The Allt y bela Garden Theatre

*** CORONAVIRUS COVID-19 UPDATE ***

We are sorry to announce that, together with The Handlebards, we have made the difficult decision to postpone both of our planned garden theatre performances in 2020.

Any existing bookings will be transferred to an alternative date, as they become available, or refunded. Any new bookings will be taken with the caveat that the situation may continue to change in the future.

Thank you for your understanding and if you have any questions, please contact Camilla on camilla@arnemaynard.com or call her on 07498 984371.

2021 DATE TO BE ANNOUNCED

Oscar Wilde's The Importance of Being Earnest

This two-hander is the first non-Shakespeare production from The Handlebards and we can't wait to see what the team does with it. We expect (more than) the usual amount of audience participation as the garden at Allt y bela is transformed into a stage for the evening.

Saturday 10th July 2021

William Shakespeare's A Comedy of Errors

The play will be performed by The HandleBards, the celebrated cycling theatre company. The high-energy troupe provide hugely entertaining and imaginative performances, with minimal props and only four players. Expect to lend a hand if you're seated near the front!

==========================

The Handlebards have been performing at Allt y bela since 2017 and so we know you're guaranteed a wonderful evening of theatre and friendship, whichever play you choose to see.

Guests are encouraged to bring a picnic to enjoy in the garden theatre from 4:00pm before the play starts at 5:00pm.

Parking is available from 3:00pm at USK SHOWGROUND.

Minibus transport to Allt y bela will be provided. Bring a cushion, a coat and an umbrella - the show will go on whatever the weather!

Adults: £25

Under 18s: £20

Under 10s: One free with each adult ticket purchased

Please email camilla@arnemaynard.com or call her on 07498 984371 to find out more and purchase tickets.
